Here you will find information detailing the Rates and Rules & Regulations for securing advertising space in VMEA Notes, the Official Publication of The Virginia Music Educators Association.

VMEA Notes is published three times a year; Fall, Winter, and Spring.  Reservations for advertising space are due by August 1 for the Fall Issue, December 1 for the Winter Issue, and March 1 for the Spring Issue.  There are a limited number of Premium Placement Packages which consist of one year ( 3 issues)  of full page ads in 4-color.  These ads will appear once on the back cover, once on the inside back cover, and once on the inside front cover.  Other ads range in size from a two page center spread to 1/4 page.  For more details please refer to the information following this page.

VMEA Notes advertisers reflect the full spectrum of the music industry.  Publishers, music retailers, instrument manufacturers, music festivals, educational institutions and opportunities, fund raisers, and camps are frequent advertisers in Notes. Advertising in VMEA Notes gets your message into the hands music educators and music education students throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.  In addition, Notes is distributed to the leadership of other state music educators associations.
